1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hashtag AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Hashtag AI provides AI-powered hashtag generation services for social media content. We offer both free and premium subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in using your Google account to access our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate and current information
  • One account per user is permitted

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Limited to 20 hashtag generations per day, basic categories only, copy up to 5 hashtags at once.

Pro Plan (₹29/month): Unlimited hashtag generation, premium categories, trending hashtags, unlimited bulk copy.

5. Payment Terms

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial month usage

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purposes
  • Generate hashtags for spam, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our algorithms
  • Exceed usage limits through technical means
  • Share your account with others

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of Hashtag AI
  • Generated hashtags are provided for your use but remain subject to these terms
  • You retain rights to your input content and keywords

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hashtag AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
